Momentum is led by Claudio Zannotti, a chef by profession dedicated to creating unforgettable culinary experiences for you and your guests.

With more than 20 years of experience in the culinary world, he brings a unique blend of creativity, expertise, and attention to detail to every dish that he prepares for you.
​
His culinary journey began in Italy at the age of 15, working at local restaurants during evenings and weekends while attending the culinary college for 5 years at the same time.
​
“I believe that food has the power to bring people together, evoke emotions, and create lasting memories. Whether it's an intimate dinner, a family celebration, or a corporate event, I take pride in crafting delicious and beautifully presented meals tailored to your preferences and dietary needs”.


Having worked in top restaurants in Italy, the UK and Australia, including Michelin starred and hatted restaurants, I have developed a strong relationship with food suppliers, which allows me to source the freshest, highest quality ingredients to ensure that each dish is not only flavourful but also showcases the best of seasonal produce. From menu planning to cooking and presentation, I strive for excellence in every aspect of my work.

Claudio is also a certified Sommelier and he attained the Certificate in 2015 in London from The Italian Sommelier Association (AIS)
