My Story: From the seaside town of Fiumicino to Culinary Excellence

 My culinary story began in the charming seaside town of Rome, called Fiumicino, 30 minutes away from Rome city centre.     Once a quaint fishing village, Fiumicino is a heaven for fresh seafood lovers and a place that ignited my passion for cooking.

​

​At the age of 15, I began my culinary journey, balancing evenings, weekends, and school holidays working in local seafood restaurants, while honing my skills over five years at culinary school.

 This foundation set the stage for a remarkable 22-year career, where creativity, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail became my signature.

​

Food, to me, is more than nourishment; it's a bridge that connects people, stirs emotions, and crafts lasting memories. Whether it's an intimate dinner or a grand celebration, I take pride in delivering meals that are not only delicious but also tailored to your tastes and needs.

Driven by a strong desire to learn English from a young age, my culinary path has taken me from Italy to the United Kingdom and Australia, with experiences in Michelin-starred and hatted restaurants. These opportunities have allowed me to forge strong relationships with top suppliers, and develop an appreciation for quality, ensuring that each dish is a celebration of the freshest, highest quality ingredients.

In 2015, I expanded my expertise by earning a Sommelier certification from The Italian Sommelier Association in London, enriching the taste-olfactory dimension of my offerings.

​

The name "Momentum" embodies the essence of my philosophy. It's about the force behind motion and progress, the drive to succeed even in adversity. It's about being proactive in crafting extraordinary dining experiences that resonate with spirit and purpose.
